My background is a blended career across technical and business disciplines - I spent 16 years in venture capital investing between the US and UK where I was recognized through awards like "Investment Woman of the Year" from Investment Week for hands-on work with growth companies. I've served on a dozen boards (both US and international, both public and private) across industries including materials, chemicals, water, insurance, and data analytics.
