In charge of group reporting and consolidation process, which include:  Review finance statements of subsidiaries to ensure no significant misstatement and prepare elimination entries  Review the transaction between related parties  Review other financial package such as treasury and tax, make proper schedule to improve the efficiency of the whole reporting process In charge of BU monthly financial analysis procedure, which include:  Deliver E-commerce monthly business operating report to BU finance head  Support group FP&A team in annual reporting, responsible for checking accounting date In charge of general financial management, which include:  Responsible for annual audit and cooperate with internal audit  Prepare due diligence materials for financing  Review financial and tax due diligence report for investment programs and draft investment analysis reports  Responsible for other special technical tasks including group accounting policy update; capitalization of R&D expense; overseas subsidiaries management

 In charge of annual audit reports for both public and non-public companies  Lead SOX program for improving enterprise internal control  Responsible for reviewing IPOs working paper, analyzing fluctuation and drafting financial reports, awarded for exceeding team performance  Accumulated sufficient knowledge for different industries, including manufactory, trading and service business
