*  Deliver Induction and all Generic Legal & Mandatory training across store. Inc. foundation food training. *  Maintain training records and trackers *  Enroll colleagues on workshops and external courses using Oracle database. *  Coach and prepare coursework to meet required standard for colleagues enrolled in the City & Guilds Job Related Qualifications scheme to fulfill criteria in preparation for External verification.

*  Regional trainer for restraint techniques (Teamteach) *  1:1 supervision of young adults and children at risk, within a secure environment *  Providing a key worker role for children within the unit *  Record keeping of file notes, case meeting minutes, risk assessments.

* In this role I worked in partnership with Sainsbury's delivering the Manned guarding element of their Profit Protection solution. *  Managing a team of 50+ officers to deliver an agreed security provision *  Managing and implementing all HR processes such as recruitment, absence management, resignations and terminations, annual leave, annual appraisals, ongoing performance management and pay queries *  Coordinating all officer schedules to ensure that sites receive security cover at agreed times. Data input. *  The administration of all assignment instructions and risk assessments. *  Provision of advice to managers and staff regarding all aspects of profit protection and security.
