Senior Attorney and Director, Enterprise Information Policy
Oversaw legal and policy compliance of customer data usage for Fortune 500 family of fashion and personal care brands, including (at one point) fleet of nearly 4000 retail locations. (Subsidiaries included Victoria's Secret, Bath & Body Works, Express, Limited Stores, Henri Bendel, C.O. Bigelow and White Barn Candle Company.)

Senior Consultant and Privacy Technology Lead
Worked with public sector, healthcare, and educational clients to develop and implement administrative, procedural, and technical controls to advance compliance with HIPAA, E-Gov Act, Privacy Act, and other relevant legislation and regulations. One of two key architects of IBMs Enterprise Information and Data Stewardship Architecture (EIDSA), a global data governance, extrusion prevention and permission management framework. Developed policies, procedures, and proprietary XML-based assessment tools and controls for effective management of information assets in federal agencies. Drafted privacy and information handling policies for one of the world's largest healthcare providers. Project Manager and Senior Consultant on-site for multimillion dollar federal consulting services contract.
