Project Manager @ Provincial Health Services Authority

About

Transforming healthcare through strategic project leadership. I am a Sr. Project Manager with Kaiser Permanente’s Consulting Services Department, supporting complex initiatives at the Los Angeles Medical Center, that focus on strengthen healthcare operations, strategy, and patient-centered delivery. Previously, I served as a Project Manager with the Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA) Project Management Office (Transformation Leadership Office) in Vancouver, Canada, where I led initiatives driving meaningful improvements in healthcare delivery and patient outcomes. My experience spans health system transformation, change management, and health policy, with project portfolios including COVID-19 emergency response, quality and data management, Indigenous cancer care initiatives, and EMR implementation. I bring cross-jurisdictional experience from advancing mental health and substance use policy with Alberta’s Ministry of Health, as well as supporting long-term care quality-of-life research at the University of Alberta. Across roles, my work is grounded in equity, collaboration, and measurable community impact. I hold a Master of Public Health (Health Policy & Management) and a BA in International Relations, and I am currently completing my PMP certification. I am passionate about projects that strengthen healthcare systems, enhance patient experiences, and advance equitable access to care—at local, provincial, and global levels. While my expertise is rooted in provincial health system strategy and policy, my interests extend to global health advocacy, mental health and substance use research, emergency and disaster management, international development, sustainability, human rights, and public health policy. “Salus populi suprema lex esto” — The health of the people is the supreme law.
