• Led cross-regional implementation of a provincial cancer strategy, collaborating with clinicians, administrators, and policymakers to design equitable service models and expand access to underrepresented populations. Specifically focused on supporting: - Cancer screening initiatives - Indigenous cancer care - CART therapy - Malignant Hematology Planning • Directed creation of an enterprise project management framework, standardizing reporting, tracking, and oversight processes to improve operational efficiency and transparency across departments. • Designed and implemented process improvements to streamline interdepartmental workflows for managing patient and staff complaints, enhancing issue resolution, documentation, and accountability. • Managed a multi-agency analytics initiative to improve data quality and reporting on the breast cancer care journey, enabling leadership to make evidence-based decisions for care planning and system resource allocation.

Translating Research in Elder Care (TREC) Program • Managed coordination of national healthcare research initiatives, collaborating with academic and clinical partners across Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom. • Supported development of a $24M Tri-Council grant proposal, conducting environmental scans, synthesizing literature, and aligning proposal content with funding criteria. • Maintained communications across institutions, stakeholders, and research leads, ensuring clarity in project expectations and deliverables. • Coordinated a research conference with 50+ attendees.

Health Service Delivery Division Addiction and Mental Health Branch • Performed policy research and prepared a reports provincial strategy to improve outcomes for individuals with multiple and complex needs. • Conducted province-wide data collection to help government ministries align efforts and improve services for the population • Supported a cross-ministry policy analysis, development, and preparation of strategic policy documents aimed at clarifying ministry roles and responsibilities with respect to children and youth • Completed a qualitative analysis to identify service and system utilization of children/youth in Alberta • Wrote government Action Requests including briefing notes, memos, letters responding to public/patient inquiries and concerns • Presented research findings to key government and community stakeholders • Coordinated the planning and execution of two Advisory Committee meetings with over 200 invited stakeholders • Contacted stakeholders to gather data which informed the development of the Mental Health Services Protection Act (legislation)

Developed an evaluation framework for the Journeywoman Start program including a situation analysis, theory of change, logic model and completion of the ARECCI Ethics Screening Tool.

• Conducted narrative interviews and an online survey with the AHS Patient and Family Advisory Group to examine how their experiences translate into the types of supports needed for meaningful engagement • Conducted a document analysis to examine the current patient and family engagement strategy within AHS • Conducted an environmental scan to identify successful patient engagement strategies in other provinces • Completed a final report identifying key enablers, challenges, and a set of recommendations for AHS leadership and senior staff

• Coordinated in-country logistics for a four-week immersive travel program in Nepal, including multi-day treks, cultural excursions, rafting, and wildlife safaris, ensuring a seamless experience for 15+ Canadian participants. • Acted as primary liaison between local vendors, guides, and international stakeholders to deliver safe, enriching, and culturally respectful travel experiences across diverse locations such as Kathmandu Valley, Chitwan National Park, and the Annapurna region. • Provided on-the-ground support and risk management, resolving real-time travel challenges and ensuring group safety, satisfaction, and engagement throughout heritage site visits and adventure activities. • Researched methods to minimize costs while maintaining the efficiency of the program and ensuring the safety of participants
