I joined Gateley as a trainee solicitor in September 2010 and qualified as a solicitor into the Real Estate Department in September 2012. I have experience in dealing with all aspects of commercial property work including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, general landlord and tenant work including drafting and negotiating leases (acting for landlords and tenants) and day to day estate management. I act for the landlord of three large shopping centres - drafting and negotiating leases and dealing with any issues or disputes arising therefrom. I also act for one of the leading car servicing and repair companies in the UK dealing with all aspects of their general portfolio management work and their strategic acquisition programme.
