I spend my days making hiring simpler and more inclusive, coaching leaders, and figuring out the tricky parts of scaling global, niche-talent teams. I love mixing big-picture strategy with hands-on work to actually get things done. I’ve experienced companies of all sizes and stages at this point, but I'm at my best in early-stage environments where culture and quality matter as much as speed. To me, building a strong talent engine isn’t just about filling roles, it’s about creating teams and systems that set people up to succeed over the long haul. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me buried in a good novel, tinkering in the garden, or daydreaming about sustainable living, architecture, and design that just feels right.
