I completed an honours BA in Fashion Design at Limerick School of Art and Design. During the four year course I completed a 12 week internship with SIBLING in London. SIBLING are a knitwear based company using various techniques and methods to create both wearable and one-off pieces. During my internship I gained hands on experience creating samples, toiles and finished garments. I also gained an insight into the running's of a fashion business. Throughout my course I developed skills in pattern making, design, illustration, photoshop, industrial sewing, overlocking, hand knitting, machine knitting, linking as well as concept development and research.
