As Head of Engineering for Qira AI, I lead a global engineerng organization responsible for building intelligent AI experiences across Lenovo’s AI Ecosystem spanning devices, edge, and cloud. These experiences enable seamless, context-aware, and privacy-conscious interactions across Lenovo PCs, Tablets, and Motorola smartphones. My focus is on delivering Personal AI that is deeply integrated into our hardware platforms. We architect for low-latency, cross-device performance using a hybrid model that intelligently orchestrates models and agents across both local and distributed environments. This powers adaptive, multimodal experiences that respond to user intent and context. I oversee engineering across the full AI stack, combining applied research with full-cycle product development. This includes foundation model adaptation, multimodal reasoning, retrieval and fusion, semantic memory, and agent orchestration. Native AI applications and cross-device experiences with capabilities such as ASR, VAD, OCR, vision models, LLM inference, contextual recall, and dynamic tool use. With end-to-end ownership from architecture to deployment, we ensure these experiences are performant, secure, observable, and continuously evolving based on real-world usage across Lenovo and Motorola products.

OK Health AI redefines mental health care by integrating AI into Behavioral Health EHR to bridge the gap between clinicians and patients. At the core is "Lucy," our transformative AI model, designed to Empower clinicians and Connect patients for holistic, personalized, and proactive care. Lucy’s Agentic AI streamlines clinician workflows through tools like AI-powered scribing, telehealth support, and ePrescriptions, allowing providers to focus on delivering impactful care. Simultaneously, Lucy’s Conversational AI enhances patient engagement with real-time symptom tracking, guided journaling, and personalized fitness and nutrition plans. Together, we aim to transform mental health care into a seamless, integrated, and accessible ecosystem.

Sr. Leader focused on the development and execution of strategic roadmaps for global technology platforms and applications, driving innovation and enhancing user experiences. Responsible for leading AI/ML initiatives to optimize business processes, unlock new opportunities, and deliver measurable impact across the organization. By aligning enterprise applications and AI/ML capabilities with business objectives, I enabled data-driven decision-making and product innovation at scale. Collaborating with senior executives and cross-functional teams, I fostered alignment between technology strategy and organizational goals, ensuring seamless integration and adoption. The San Diego Supercomputer Center (SDSC) at UC San Diego is a leader in high-performance and data-intensive computing and cyberinfrastructure. Engaged in collaborative research on Super Computer Grid technology with the National University Community Research Center and UCSD's San Diego Supercomputer Center (SDSC). Contributed to developing and implementing Grid computing systems, emphasizing enhanced data sharing, management, and processing. Collaborated with interdisciplinary teams to drive advancements in Grid technology and its diverse applications across research domains.

Nucleus Software is a Fintech company specializing in providing innovative software solutions for banking and financial services. During my onsite assignment at Bank of International Indonesia (BII) in Jakarta, Indonesia, with Nucleus Software, a prominent Fintech company, I collaborated closely with senior leaders and bankers to customize a loan origination system to meet the client's needs. Overcoming language barriers, I ensured seamless communication with stakeholders, aligning project goals and expectations. My adaptability and commitment to excellence led to the successful implementation of the project within the specified timeline and scope.
