I have Bachelor of Computer Science from the Higher Technological Institute (HTI) in Egypt since 2013 and it’s attested by the concerned governmental entities in UAE. I have a solid technical foundation, having obtained the CCNA certification in routing and switching. This certification has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of network infrastructure. Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience in selling and sizing Information Technology solutions, both in enterprise and commercial environments. I have successfully handled projects involving various technologies and have developed a deep understanding of the IT landscape. I have had the privilege of working in both the UAE market, where I spent three years in telecom and cyber security provider companies, and in Egypt, where I accumulated four years of experience with system integrators. These experiences have allowed me to gain a diverse perspective on the IT industry and have sharpened my skills in adapting to different business environments. One of my strengths lies in dealing with businesses of various sizes. I have successfully worked with small, medium-sized businesses and enterprise-level organizations.
