I am working as a Senior Associate at PE Fund - Samena Capital Investments Limited based out of Dubai, UAE. The fund manages AUM of US$ 300 Mn and has investments across Subcontinent Asia, Middle East, and North Africa (SAMENA) regions. Previously I was part of the India Special Situation Credit Fund of Samena Capital based out of Mumbai, India for 2 years. During this time, I was responsible for managing 3 portfolio companies, made 3 investments, and undertook 1 exit across financial services, power, oil and gas sectors. Prior to joining Samena , I was Manager at Bob Capital Markets Ltd in the Debt Resolution team where I worked on large debt restructuring assignments. Prior to that I was part of the Transactions and Turnaround team at Duff and Phelps India Pvt Ltd, where I worked on equity fund raising and M&A mandates. I am a Chartered Accountant and hold a Bachelor’s degree in commerce from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics.
