Co-founded the Netherlands entity, establishing the commercial structure, banking, and client pipeline from scratch. Separately active in commodity trading (copper, aluminium, sugar ICUMSA 45) through direct supply contracts, operating alongside but independently from the chartering desk.

Regional Director for the Netherlands and Spain, leading a team of over 50 people across the Rotterdam and Algeciras branches. Full responsibility for operations, accounting, client management, product supply, contract control, HR, and regulatory compliance. The company operates through 14 branches worldwide - Singapore, Dubai, Istanbul, Shanghai, Rotterdam, Algeciras, Panama, Mexico and five US locations. Managed day-to-day operations for the Rotterdam branch, service delivery, warehouse logistics, technician scheduling, and client communications for maritime safety equipment including life-saving appliances, fire-fighting systems, and gas detection. Introduced structured processes for warehouse tool tracking, calibration management, and team rotation scheduling to reduce operational risks and improve coverage. Acted as the operational bridge between field teams and management, handling escalations, urgent vessel service requests, and supplier coordination across European ports.

Managing the Dutch operations of Mecpartner, a marine engine service company with over 8 years of field experience across 35+ countries. Service scope covers overhaul, repair, diagnostics, and reconditioning of two-stroke and four-stroke marine engines, along with hydraulic systems, compressors, pumps, separators, and fuel/exhaust actuators. The Rotterdam office serves as the European base, responsible for client acquisition, service coordination, and positioning the company for long-term growth in the European market.

Contract-based S&P brokerage and marine consultancy alongside Horizon Ship Brokers, covering vessel sale & purchase, marine surveys, inspections, and technical due diligence. Scope included vessel valuations, pre-purchase inspections, condition surveys, warranty claims support, marine casualty consultation, vessel reactivation, and coordination with classification societies worldwide. This role ran concurrently with other positions, providing continuous exposure to the commercial and technical sides of ship transactions over seven years.

Beyaz Shipping Co had 11 vessel last year but currently we have 4 world wide range vessel under our management. My job routine as follow without unexpected circumstance, - Informing charterer and related parties about vessel positions and requirements, follow routine messages between ships, agencies, charterer and owner. - Arranging necessary charts, publications, bunker & oil,fw and provision supply for the voyage cooperate with technical and s&p departments. - Writing voyage instruction after receive charter party from chartering department and informing Master of Vessel about their voyage. - Arranging organization with shipping agencies about PDA, port restrictions, berthing and sailing prospects and relevant. - Issue freight invoice, checking out LTC & issue dispatch and demurrage on freight invoice according to the agreed CP. - Daily updating position of vessel , checking BsL and giving information about the cargo document's status before discharging port to the charterer and their agents. - Issue and follow LOI, LOP, or necessary letters for the cargo or vessel ( if any ). - Upon completion voyage, checking final DA amounts with agencies, demurrage & dispatch calculations and issue final freight invoice. - Holding hard copies of every voyage file, oil&bunker supply, fda records and other relevant documents. - Handling and following claim cases and attending surveyors(if any) with P&I Club. Supporting 7/24 charterer and all parties.
