In my current role I'm responsible for: – Performing in-depth client, competitor, industry and market research and due diligence. – Identifying transaction focus areas based on preliminary analysis. – Identifying and analyzing potential strategic buyers, VC and PE investors for active transaction. – Performing valuation analysis on a wide range of public and private entities within various industries using accepted and relevant approaches. – Designing financial models from scratch for discounted cash flow, market multiple and market transaction analysis. – Contributing directly to the development of corporate presentations, business development materials, Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM) and investor pitch decks/teasers in support of PE/M&A assignments.
