As an experienced HR professional with over four years of progressive roles at Blueclip, I specialize in recruitment management, human resources leadership, and team building. Currently serving as a Recruitment Manager, I lead talent acquisition strategies to align with organizational goals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Boğaziçi University, my academic foundation supports my understanding of human behavior, enabling me to enhance employee engagement and organizational performance. Beyond my professional career, I have a rich history of international collaboration and volunteering. As a Youth Worker with the European Commission under the Erasmus+ Program, I participated in and led multiple global projects addressing pressing social issues in countries such as Denmark, Norway, Germany, and France. My dedication to community service also includes teaching and organizing activities for children in Romania through AIESEC. In addition, I have a passion for music, serving as a vocalist and composer for ROTS since 2016. I’ve organized concerts and released three singles and an album, blending creativity with collaboration. With a strong skill set in HR, psychology, and global communication, combined with my native-like proficiency in English, I thrive in diverse, dynamic environments.
