Working directly with a diverse client base, which includes Developers, Building Owners, Asset Managers, Main Contractors, Local Authority, Specialist Contractors, Architects & Allied Surveyors, on an independent or consultancy basis, providing `practical' hands on design, technical and commercial problem solving on major construction projects. Also, undertaking many varied Traditional Building Surveyor & Project Management roles which combine and include, Construction Management, Contract Administration, Design Co-ordination, Preparation of Schedule of Works, Specification Writing, Site & Defects Investigations, Inspection & Reporting, Quality & Workmanship Audit services, Tender Preparation & Analysis, along with participation in Expert Witness Consultancy, for commercial, residential, industrial, retail, medical and landmark building envelope/facade projects within the new build, refurbishment and remedial sector.
