I recently completed my Master of Business Psychology at The University of Western Australia, where I specialised in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Learning & Development, and Change. My professional journey blends analytical depth from audit and consulting with people-centred experience across HR operations, recruitment support, and organisational capability-building. Before moving into the people profession, I spent 2.8 years in external audit, specialising in financial services. I led engagements of up to ten team members, delivered high-quality work under pressure, and partnered closely with senior stakeholders to identify risks, present findings, and recommend improvements. This experience strengthened my critical thinking, stakeholder communication, leadership, data accuracy, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills—all of which I now apply in my HR and organisational development work. Alongside this, I gained practical HR exposure through my roles in operational support at Coles Group and consulting with Western Australia University Consultants (WAUC). There, I assisted with onboarding, workflow coordination, safety and compliance reinforcement, stakeholder engagement, L&D project support, and organisational analysis. These experiences deepened my interest in coaching, behaviour change, capability development, and supporting people through structure, clarity, and meaningful work. My passion for people development also extends into volunteering, where I facilitated character-building, motivation, and personal growth sessions for youth through the Inspiration Factory Foundation. This reinforced my belief that culture, psychological safety, and continuous learning are catalysts for both individual and organisational success. I am particularly drawn to roles where I can combine behavioural insight with practical HR delivery—whether through recruitment coordination, talent development, people operations, or organisational improvement. I enjoy environments that value collaboration, integrity, and purposeful impact. I am now seeking opportunities that allow me to grow as an HR, Recruitment, or OD professional while contributing to stronger cultures, better systems, and more empowered employees.
