TA for Introduction to Robotics and Math Problem Solving

Ran the Graph 500 benchmark on the distributed-memory cluster tara at the UMBC High Performance Computing facility. Based on code written in C using the standard parallel communications library MPI, we performed a breadth-first search of a 2.1 billion node graph to asses the computer's efficiency in memory access.

During the summer, collaborated with a team of developers and product managers to overhaul the structure and content of documentation for the Salesforce formula engine, including creation of a brand new tip sheet and instructional video. Also made meaningful contributions to documentation during high-pressure deadlines. For the extended school-year internship, worked remotely on documenting a pilot feature with a team of developers.

I'm the lead writer of Trailhead, an online learning platform for Salesforce. I work closely with marketing and management to produce new learning content and facilitate large content releases. I'm also involved in long-term strategic projects such as training other writers, improving the publishing process, and developing content strategy. In my spare time I deliver training for new engineers and writers and tweet for @salesforcedocs. In the past, I've produced API and help documentation for event monitoring, custom metadata types, Lightning components, formulas, and the Cinnamon testing framework.
