One time, at Copper Blues, the POS system went down right during a rush. Nobody could print orders. People started looking around like it was the end of the world. I walked over, unplugged it, plugged it back in, and it worked. Everyone clapped. I don't know if they were clapping for me or the printer. That's kind of my whole career. I train people, manage digital systems, smooth out operations, and it usually looks like I'm just standing there with a coffee. I fix things so fast nobody knows anything was ever broken... which, honestly, hurts my brand. I did it at Copper Blues, I did it at Whole Foods, and now I've gone global.
