As a Service Manager, I drive end-to-end service delivery for solar/ESS and data center critical power projects, encompassing service sales, project management, risk control, safety & quality assurance, and customer relationship management. Leveraging deep technical expertise from hands-on engineering roles, to secure contracts, lead project execution, mitigate risks, enforce stringent safety/quality standards, and cultivate strong client partnerships to ensure exceptional service outcomes.

Specialised in project delivery, operations, and maintenance of large-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Solar PV plants, and Critical Power Infrastructure (UPS and Lithium Battery System). Proven success leading key projects like the Jurong Island 100MW/144MWh BESS and 100MW Solar Farm. Expertise spans troubleshooting, corrective/preventive maintenance, performance testing, and customer training for ESS plants. Additionally responsible for data center UPS/battery projects, including installation, testing, and commissioning. Combines deep technical knowledge (HV systems, ESS, UPS) with strong project execution skills.

Led and managed a team of officers in carrying out high voltage equipment preventive maintenance work, including switchgear servicing, transformer maintenance, low voltage equipment maintenance and auxiliary equipment maintenance work. Tasked to perform corrective maintenance under tight timeline, including switchgear defect rectification, partial discharge identification and urgent repair, transformer repair and replacement, equipment failure analysis etc. Participated and managed complex projects to streamline work processes and improve productivity, such as digitization of maintenance records, Smart Access Control Solution for all substations across Singapore.

Performed partial discharge diagnosis for distribution switchgear and transformer. Carried out switchgear renewal projects, witnessed HV test on switchgear such as AC pressure test, secondary and primary injection test and ensured such tests are carried out in full compliance of SOP. Participated in departmental contract management, developed, and reviewed contract specifications and involved in initial tender exercise for Substation Smart Access Control initiative.

Attended to High Voltage network incidents, conducted fault identification and repair works; Perform condition monitoring on HV cables based on partial discharge diagnosis technique. Planned and led customer diversion requests, carried out project management for HV diversion, decommissioning under supervision.
