-Manage end-to-end Singapore payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely payroll disbursement -Ensure full compliance with Singapore statutory requirements including CPF, IRAS, MOM, SDL and other local regulations -Handle monthly payroll closing, payroll reconciliation, and variance analysis -Oversee payroll-related submissions such as IR8A, IR21, IR8S, and year-end tax filings -Manage employee benefits, deductions, claims, bonuses, and off-cycle payroll -Liaise with internal stakeholders (HR, Finance) and external parties (auditors, vendors, authorities) -Lead and guide payroll team members; review payroll work and ensure SOP adherence -Maintain payroll system data integrity and support system enhancements or payroll automation projects -Handle payroll audits and respond to payroll-related queries efficiently -Drive continuous improvement in payroll processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency
