Responsible for oversee productions operations for Wincatt / WeCATT / WeVerify product as well as making sure that manufacturing of the product remains smooth and efficient by monitoring employees and organizing workflow. Key Responsibilities * Set daily / Weekly / Monthly objectives and communicate them to employees. * Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules. * Oversee and coach employees. * Check production output according to specifications. * Submit monthly reports on performance and progress such a OTD, Production Efficiency, Quality and continuous improvement. * Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards. * Perform root cause analysis (RCA) to identify breakdowns in our processes and implement corrective actions as required. * Develop process and procedures for assembly and testing of the product. * Establish relation ship with new suppliers. * Resolve issues related to manufacturing and service for Wincatt / Wecatt / WeVerify product. * Lead several production projects as well as continuous improvement projects. * Supervise and lead two NAIT Capstone Project students during their stay at McCoy. * Maintain a collaborative relationship with production, purchasing, quality, engineering and management team.

Responsible to investigate, analyze and resolve supplier quality problems by conducting audits, analyzing defects trends and leading continues improvements projects. Also responsible to provide support operations by driving lean philosophy, kaizen, process improvement activities improving overall supply chain and production efficiency to reduce total cost and lead time.

Responsible for directing, organizing and controlling projects activities under the direction of the Operations Manager and Product Line Manager (PLM). Key Responsibilities * Attend client meeting and assist with determination of project requirements. * Prepare projects organization and communication charts. * Track the progress and quality of the work being performed by manufacturing and assembly teams. * Effectively and accurately communicate relevant information to the Clients and Management Team. *
