I am an Economist and Specialist in Social Project Evaluation with over eight years of experience leading social, economic, and environmental programs across Latin America. I specialize in the design, management, and evaluation of impact-driven projects with a focus on gender, inclusion, and sustainability—leveraging data, strategic planning, and knowledge management to drive meaningful change. Fluent in both English and Spanish, I have worked in diverse local, national, and international settings. As Strategic Planning Manager at Fundación PLAN, I led institutional planning processes, accountability reporting, and local advocacy strategies, as well as the design and submission of over 20 successful donor proposals. Previously, I served as Program Officer at the Wildlife Conservation Society, coordinating regional conservation projects across the Andean, Amazonian, and Orinoquía regions, ensuring strategic alignment and donor compliance. My experience includes key leadership in MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning) initiatives, where I’ve contributed to improving organizational effectiveness, transparency, and learning. I have also advanced knowledge management processes and methodological innovations in civil society organizations. I am passionate about turning data into decisions, leading with purpose, and collaborating with diverse teams. I am proficient in Power BI, Tableau, and Stata, and trained in agile methodologies, Scrum, and Design Thinking. My continuous learning mindset and results-driven approach have allowed me to lead multidisciplinary teams in complex, high-impact projects. Currently at Building Markets, I lead research and analysis strategies to connect small and medium-sized enterprises with market opportunities, supporting their growth and contributing to economic citizenship.
