About
I grew up working with my father when not in school around the age of 12. We did primarily residential and some light commercial plumbing vs as well as gas. I was a fast learner and plumbed my first house by myself at 16 yrs old. From there I grew into running the day to day operations of a small but proud plumbing company. I left my father's company to challenge myself with commercial and industrial projects. Roughly around 2004 I was promoted to a lead foreman on a 8 million mech project. By the end of that project I was promoted to superintendent by another company. I spent my 30's working with Del Air Mechanical and grew so much in all aspects of my trade as well as my knowledge in mechanical piping, site utilities, refrigeration and some HVAC. I learned how to be a part of a team in a leadership role building large projects. I gained years of experience in pre-planning, man loading schedules, roles and responsibilities, look aheads, SAFETY, work scope understanding, vendor relationships, managing man power, hiring, firing and of course the completion of the project on time and under budget. I was very fortunate to come up under people who taught me that were very smart and of high character. After spending most of my years in east Tennessee, I now live in Austin Texas with my fiance. She works for Apple which is based in Austin. If interested feel free to call me new phone number 512-534-0130. Thank you.

I was hired on as a project superintendent after taking a little time off. Again, I was very fortunate to be part of a really good culture at work. Sorry to put your name out there but I give alot of credit to the VP of ops at the time Kevin Keck. One of the smartest guys I've worked with. They really believed in pre planning and I had all the resources one could want to go out and perform at a high level. Like my previous employer, I had the same responsibilities here. Just on a larger scale. Larger in house bim/cad, huge prefabrication facility as well as really good men and women to go to work with each day. Jobs include Five Star assisted living, Knoxville assisted living and was heavily involved in the preplanning and first phase of UTK Tickle Nuclear Engineering Bld among others. I learned alot about myself here and have the utmost respect for those I worked closely with.

I started as a lead foreman and was promoted to project superintendent fairly quickly. Jobs completed safely, on time and under budget include UTK Stokley, Natalie Haslem Music Center, UT Student health, KUB wastewater plant and involved in a leadership role in others. Great company that I give a ton of credit for my growth as a person even today and of course professionally. UTK Stokley was probably the smoothest project I've been fortunate enough to be a part of. Small footprint project, high visibility in the heart of campus. I was responsible for overall understanding and enforcement/execution of scope of work, preplanning, take off, man loads, scheduling, spec/ submittal verification, installation of plumbing systems, site utilities, mechanical copper as well as any specialty piping or instrumental piping and all refrigeration piping. I was given the resources needed to complete on time and to this day the best bonus of my career. This particular project to my understanding had very few warranty issues which I'm very proud of. Great team there. Early in my time with company I ran multiple smaller commercial projects at a time and was voted plumber of the year by the men and women I worked with. That award meant alot to me with the meaning behind it as well as it being my coworkers voting. Was actually offered 25k signing bonus to leave by a competitor and turned it down at the time. Really felt a sense of loyalty to everyone, especially Dwayne,Randy and both Gary's. Thank you guys!!!
