Joseph Cracknell

Over a decade of management experience with the retail drinks industry through BWS. In my time with BWS I have seen a vast amount of change, such as the transition of Woolworths Liquor branding to BWS, and the divestment of Endeavour Group from Woolworths Limited. I've hired & trained a number of team members that have progressed through to become my peers, I have also successfully helped onboard new store managers across multiple sites. There have been multiple sites that underwent refurbishment while under my leadership. Strategic changes/initiatives have always been well supported, with an open-minded approach helping to set up future success and make any outcomes be as desirable as possible. I have also spent time in hospitality venues previously as a floor attendant/bar person in my late teens. I undertook a career break in 2018 to work a winter season at Mount Hotham, running sled dog tours for members of the public.
