* Implementation of high impact projects for different areas: eCommerce, Commercial, Finance, Legal/Fiscal, Human Resources, Logistics and After Sales Service, in all the regions: Mexico, Canada, Argentina, and Colombia. * Responsible for internal project management, always taking care of the main constraints (scope, time, cost, and quality), using traditional (Waterfall), PMI and agile (Scrum) methodologies. * Working with active leadership in all phases of the project, with multidisciplinary teams, making crucial decisions to deliver the best product/service to the client and managing budget management.

* Working in the COE (Center of Excellence) area, that is the internal project area of the company, within this role I have activities such as: define, manage, implement and validate that new processes or systems are attached to the methodology of the company. * Daily support to internal processes such as: BBP generation, process mapping, specification creation, scenario generation for UATs testing.

* The activities to be performed are the administration in SAP of everything that has to do with Sales from order creation, delivery generation, invoicing, receipt of purchase orders, administration of the e-commerce system, as well as the management of the supplier portal.

Responsible for managing all digital products and tools for the publisher's print titles.
