In my previous position as hub operations supervisor my role was to plan and organize the day to day running of the outbound and small sort within the hub. Within the role I was responsible for 7 team leaders and 40 staff. I also was the head of the health and safety committee, damages committee and EOS (employee opinion survey) committee in which I was responsible for organizing monthly meetings and ensuring tasks were effectively carried out by committee members to improve aspects of the hub.
