Ik geloof dat een goede werkplek direct invloed heeft op hoe mensen zich voelen en presteren. Met Vertidesk help ik, inmiddels al 13 jaar, organisaties om werkomgevingen te creëren die kloppen. Praktisch, comfortabel en klaar voor de toekomst.Van zit-sta werkplekken tot complete kantoorinrichtingen. Ik kijk niet alleen naar het product, maar vooral naar het gebruik. Hoe werken mensen echt? Waar lopen ze tegenaan? En hoe kunnen we dat beter maken? Daar zit voor mij de waarde.Binnen Vertidesk werken we veel samen met architecten en begeleiden we projecten van begin tot eind. Wat ik vaak zie, is dat werkplekken worden ingericht zonder goed na te denken over de lange termijn. Dat leidt tot klachten, inefficiëntie en onnodige kosten. Juist daar maken wij het verschil met eerlijk advies en oplossingen die blijven werken.Mijn aanpak is direct en persoonlijk. Korte lijnen, snel schakelen en altijd meedenken.
