Jonathan Barrett
Chief Executive Officer, Kallikor Ltd. @ Kallikor
About
I've built and scaled businesses from $1.5m to $1.48bn across venture-backed startups and blue-chip enterprises, learning what separates infrastructure that scales from technology that doesn't. The businesses that compound value over time are built on systems that can handle complexity, capital discipline that survives stress, and execution models that work across geographies. As CEO of Kallikor, I'm building experimentation infrastructure for enterprise decision-making. Supply chain leaders make decisions worth millions on capital deployment, network design, SKU strategy, capacity planning, but they do it without the infrastructure to simulate outcomes first. They're stuck choosing between speed and confidence because the tools don't exist to deliver both. We've changed that by building AI-powered simulation infrastructure that creates digital twins of actual operations, runs thousands of experiments in parallel, and quantifies trade-offs across cost, service and capital before anything is committed. One customer calls it a time machine for decision-making. We've delivered over $60m in realised value across early deployments, including helping a life sciences supplier avoid $30m in unnecessary capital spend whilst improving throughput by 35% in eight weeks. This isn't better forecasting. It's a new layer of enterprise infrastructure. We're making experimentation as fundamental to operational decision-making as ERP became to transaction processing. The category we're building will determine how enterprises operate under uncertainty, not just in supply chains, but wherever high-stakes decisions and complex systems intersect. We've been recognised as a Sample Vendor in the 2025 Gartner Hype Cycle for Supply Chain Execution and Logistics Technologies. Now we're focused on proving this infrastructure works globally, repeatably, and at scale.

I'm building experimentation infrastructure that lets enterprises simulate high-stakes operational decisions before committing capital, contracts or resources. Traditional planning systems optimise for a single version of the future and can't show if demand shifts, a supplier fails, or you reorganise your network. Executives make million-pound decisions on spreadsheet models that can't capture how operations behave under stress. Kallikor combines AI, digital twin technology and composable simulation. We model real operations as digital twins, then run thousands of decision paths in parallel, quantifying operational and financial impact before commitment. We work with supply chain leaders at major retailers, manufacturers and life sciences companies, testing SKU rationalisation, capacity expansion and network reconfiguration decisions that shape their businesses for years. Our deployments deliver measurable impact in weeks: identifying hidden value, avoiding capital spend, improving throughput, or de-risking transformations otherwise made on instinct. We've built the infrastructure layer that makes evidence-based decision-making possible at enterprise scale. It's why customers describe it as seeing the future before choosing it, and why this becomes foundational for any complex operational environment where uncertainty is constant and the cost of being wrong is high. This work builds on what I've learned while scaling technology businesses: companies that create enduring value are built on capital discipline, operational understanding, and the ability to turn technical capability into commercial outcomes. What drives me is building foundational infrastructure that changes how enterprises make decisions in complex operational domains. We're building this to be category-defining, capital efficient and globally repeatable. The opportunity is to establish decision infrastructure as essential to how enterprises operate in the next decade.
