As of October 2021, leading the RA Celonis CoE. After using the tool to process mine for opportunities for CI and/or automation, this involves partnering closely with stakeholders to develop business cases for prioritization, collection of requirements for deliverables, and developing & implementing the technical solution. As lead, I am responsible for delegating tasks to dotted-line global team members, hosting meetings often out of normal NA work hours to accommodate team members and stakeholders, presenting on performance and progress of deliverables, and change management.

Assist functional buyers with correcting errors derived from current Purchasing processes focusing on root-cause analysis and project formation with the goal to drive the wastes from said processes.

Perform core duties including: - purchasing and expediting materials; - auditing sales acknowledgments and invoices; - inventory monitoring and control; - processing non-conforming materials, - price monitoring and evaluation of quotations; - submission of engineering change notifications; - maintain integrity of financials.

- Managed a variety of data and reporting requirements, including monthly sales and inconsistency reporting. - Negotiated with and educated suppliers on RoHS and REACH and their individual responsibilities for reporting versus the consequences of not doing so. - Correlated compliance data across GEMS/Foresite and SAP, determining which suppliers and products to include for data collection based on various project-dependent criteria. - Obtained and tracked product environmental compliance data.

- Define initial operating procedures for business prior to opening, yet staying agile enough to adjust to various market influences as necessary. - Manage procurement and control policies, minimizing spillage and shrinkage. - Forecast demand and analyze data to effectively optimize labor and inventory cycles. - Lead as a liaison with distributors to minimize impact of projected product shortages from sources upstream which result in minimal stock outs and protected profit margins. - Maintain and arrange distributor payments within credit terms, effectively managing buyer/supplier relationships and allowing for alternative capital opportunities. - Ensure minimal loss of business due to unforeseen, beyond control events, implementing crisis management protocol.
