• Design pistons for internal combustion engines using SolidWorks. • Conduct Finite Element Analysis (FEA) on pistons with SolidWorks Simulation to ensure compliance with strength requirements. • Develop CNC mill and lathe programs using CamWorks. • Operate HAAS CNC mills and lathes to machine pistons. • Design and fabricate fixtures to enhance piston production efficiency on HAAS CNC equipment. • Create detailed manufacturing plans and inspection sheets utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel. • Perform precise measurements and inspections with an accuracy of 0.0001 inches. • Hone piston wrist pin bores to required specifications. • Work with customers to define product specifications and integrate feedback into product design.
