As part of GE Capital Enterprise Data Management team, I am responsible to provide guidelines and expertise to consistently address recurring strategic enterprise master data issues such as data convergence, data standards and data synchronization and lead the technical aspects of the delivery of MDM solutions for GE Capital Treasury’s strategic initiatives.

Directed complete lifecycle for development, implementation and migration of Oracle 11i systems, leading key internal and external personnel and effectively delivering on all SLAs. Analyzed technologies, tested performance and resolved identified problems. Subject matter expert (SME) in procurement, distribution and supply chain issues. Lead Consultant on proposal work, application testing, application deployment and application training.

Led Oracle supply chain Release 11i implementation. Contributed to business case and outlined benefits presented to project’s executive management. Partnered across business units to review existing processes, identify areas of improvement and recommend new systems. Participated in a 2 year full lifecycle Oracle supply chain effort involving purchasing, order management, shipping, iProcurement and inventory. Effectively managed change by developing and implementing training and utilizing best practices.

Led execution of simulation and throughput improvement projects focused on Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, constraint management, material flow, process re-engineering and layout and supply chain optimization.

Responsible for the release of software changes for GE Aviation Oracle EBS Applications. This role executes 40+ locations for 7000 users. This role will drive strategy for overall release operations for these systems.
