* Handle the following items: * Sales & Project Proposal * Sales calls/ Sales visits * Sales Statistic Development * Sales Planning with supervisor * Sales Report and Internal meetings with the team * Sales follow-up and payment description * Administrative task on sales development and internal matters * On-site and Off-site meeting, product demo, product coordination with clients * Support for operations in handling clients * Receiving calls and entertaining queries * Field work for marketing purpose, such as competitive mapping & others

* Assuring for the uniform and clear record of Procurement Transfer Form (PTF) made by the company for its clients, suppliers and for company's record. * Assisting for Suppliers Accreditation including Annual Tax Income, Financial Statement and Mayors Permit. * Supporting for Procurement Supervisor in dealing with Purchase Order and some procurement forms and activities. * Asset Monitoring and Supply Chain Management.

* Doing Outbound Random Calls for those customer who purchased promo cards made by the company./ Telemarketing * Addressing Customers complaints and issue regarding on the further information and details in the product and services that Optimo provide. * Doing field work and visiting clients site and represents the company for the inquiries of its customers. * Advertising Agent who act as the company's promoter and doing face-to-face marketing * Handling Pressure on the customers complaint and formulate an alternative solution . * Assisting some marketing paraphernalia like promo card, coupons and designing banners.
