My primary mission is to work as a Program Manager in Product/ Process Development. This would allow me to utilize my skills to manage program risk, project timing and to insure overall launch quality/cost targets. I have experience at building cost books on product overall program costs. I can manage Product Development through phase gate review approvals and insure implantation of APQP, Cost estimating, Bench marking competitive products. Product Risk assessment and maintain detailed Master Time Line (MS Project) for Management review. New Product Development for multiple Business Product lines for Delphi’s Powertrain Division. Applied Manufacturing Process Engineering experience to improve supplier costs and lean initiatives. Manufacturing Plant QS-9000, TS-16949, and Plant Manufacturing Operations experience. Specialties: SQEs, AQEs , Product and Process Engineering on new Product launch timing and cost analysis. Engineering changes and APQP process controls towards Customer Approval. Product/process quality control monitoring for plant training of employees.
