- Developed DVL’s first company wide strategic plan. Assisted formulation of departmental plans then consolidated all into one coordinated plan. Followed up with creation of metrics to track the progress and established regular reporting. - Implemented new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software that integrates Customer Relationship Management, Accounting and Business Intelligence reporting capabilities into one application.

- Annually audited corporate operating expenses that saved the company $50,000-$100,000 per year. - Created ESOP communications committee of 8 employees to educate employee on the intricacies of the ESOP. - In Feb, 2014, DVL acquired another manufacturer’s rep firm. Managed the integration of the operations functions into DVL’s systems and processes. - Office construction projects: Most years hired contractors and managed projects ranging in scope and cost from $50,000 refreshes to $450,000 full renovation.

- Established MS CRM as a viable sales/marketing tool. - Established process to track events in CRM creating goals matching them to results to determine the return. - Creation of annual marketing plans and budgets led to dramatic improvements in the overall effectiveness and ROI of the marketing effort. - Re-engineered DVL’s website to drive marketing through it and obtain metrics from it using SEO tool. - In charge of establishing new corporate planning process called Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). - Created emergency response team to assess corporate risks and develop strategy to deal with emergency and disaster situations. Subsequent major power outages resulted in far less employee lost time.

- Vetted candidates then implanted plan to Consolidate multiple 401K & Profit Sharing plans to one administrator. - Company fleet vehicles: Established corporate fleet strategy and signed contract with Enterprise Fleet services for DVL’s fleet of 50 vehicles. - Worked with HR consultant to create job descriptions, salary grade levels and annual performance appraisals. - Vetted options, procured and installed DVL’s first Windows based accounting software. - Integrated newly purchased Central PA rep company into DVL’s Solomon accounting software. - ESOP: Part of the team that vetted and created DVL’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) - Purchased shares of DVL in 2006.
