I am a partner and director at Activewin Marketing who are an award winning agency, specialising in Online Acquisition. I’m also a partner at Rdentify. Rdentify uses state of the art machine learning to specialises in customer protection by using NLP. I form part of the C-suite for Grace Media and the Betable Group whos expertise is in White Label Casinos and Fintech solutions. I am the HRD at BetComply who are industry experts in leading on Compliance, Licencing and regulatory matters within the iGaming Industry. My bread and butter is HR, and drive the HR function for various businesses internationally, developing the functions from the ground up, optimising and maintaining. I wear various hats on a daily basis and also assist with both the general operations & business development within each business. During my 10 years with the group, I have also successfully scaled up/implemented HR functions within Raventrack, Adzooma, The Sportsman, Moneta Communication, Degree 53 & Sharp Gaming. I lead on HR Strategy and work with the directors to align this with the companies goals, develop the HR Strategy and the implementation of new HR policies, Procedures and Processes. I deal with complex Disciplinary/Grievance and HR issues using HR and company knowledge, evidencing appropriate decision making skills. I lead on creating culture and high-performing teams, employee relations, managing absence, disciplinary & grievances & sickness. I also work closely with all levels of management, coaching them, and advising on all people issues. I have completed my CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources Management, modules of which includes Employment Law, Employee Engagement, Reward Management and Resource and Talent Planning.
