• Develop and perform extraction and instrumentation method on protein and peptide quantitation, oligonucleotide quantitation, peptide-oligonucleotide conjugation metabolite identification, small molecule quantitation through LC/MS/MS, LC/PDA(UV) and LC/fluorescence systems • Conduct intact protein analysis, protein characterization and peptide mapping via varieties of software such as Skyline, BioPharma Finder, Ab Peaks, and Protein Metrics • Perform stability and quantitation analysis on Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADC) and free payload • Develop bioanalytical extraction and cleanup method such as liquid-liquid extraction (LLE), protein precipitation (PPE), solid phase extraction (SPE), protein immunoaffinity enrichment, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for drugs or biomarkers from biological samples for discovery, validation and sample analysis projects • Utilize Thermo Watson LIMS software to design and manage bioanalytical studies • Utilize Analyst, Xcalibur, and Chromeleon software to perform batch run and result analysis • Write formal method and sample analysis report per client’s request • Assist in the training of scientists at all levels in the organization • Effectively communicate with team members and supervisors regarding work-related issues

• Conduct animal studies and independent research to explore potential pathogenesis of alcohol-induced liver diseases • Elucidate potential protective effects of dietary tomato carotenoid on alcoholic fatty liver • Acquire biochemical and molecular technical skills including LC, gene expression and protein expression • Assist in literature review and citation retrieval for grant application • Perform result analysis using SAS statistical package

• Participant in an epidemiology study on human projects • Explore the effects of anthocyanin in black rice on platelet activation, which is an inflammatory factor in cardiovascular disease • Recruit volunteers from people who have metabolic syndrome such as obesity, hyperglycemia and hypertension • Finish 3-day-Frequency-Food Questionnaire (FFQ) with volunteers to evaluate their diets before intervention • Analyze volunteers’ blood samples before intervention • Learn lab techniques such as purifying platelet, counting platelet, running flow cytometry and platelet aggregation analyzer • Build up teamwork skills with co-workers and communication skills with patients

• Worked on Endothelial Dysfunction Project in nutrition lab • Feed mice and rats with high fat diet • Dissect rats and mice, taking out and purifying carotid arteries and artery from them • Assess endothelial dysfunction based on the measurement of the pressure and dilation of the carotids and artery • Run RNA Isolation, real-time PCR and Protein Assay • Develop several lab work techniques and have a big picture on how to run a whole research project from writing a proposal to finally publishing a paper

Student Union in Anhui Agriculture University is an organization serving for all students in our college. My job there was to organize some activities, design advertisements for the activities and inform to our students.

As an editor in the editorial department, my duty was focusing on things happened in the college, taking photos and writing news in the end. Sometimes, I involved in the editing work since I can do Photoshop, Word and other Microsoft Office software.

Studying Biochemical and Molecular Nutrition in Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy. Learnt comprehensive knowledge regarding nutrition and research. Gained experiences regarding cancer intervention research in animal studies and cell studies. Acquired experimentation and analytical skills including molecular biology techniques and SAS statistical package.
