Proven ability in building & leading multidisciplinary matrixed teams at all stages of preclinical research and implementing new technology platforms for drug development. • Preclinical program development in pharmaceutical industry o Discovery pipeline: establish therapeutic strategy, target ID/validation, HTS, lead optimization, biomarker strategies, assay development (in vitro, ex-vivo, in vivo) o IND enabling studies and reports: target engagement, translational pharmacology, preclinical PK/PD/tox studies o Early development: interface with CMC, clinical development & commercial teams o Internal & external partnership development & program management across biotech, academia, disease foundations and CROs • Strong management skills & demonstrated ability to assemble and lead highly productive research teams
