Assist with legal tasks for a Fortune 100 company, focusing on legal research pertaining to insurance defense and drafting various legal memoranda, including complex Motions for Summary Judgment, Motions in Limine, and Motions to Dismiss, as well as other briefs and settlement documents

Assisted the civil division, focusing on Medicare/Medicaid fraud under the False Claims Act and medical malpractice cases, by writing appellate briefs, settlement letters, discovery documents, and other legal memoranda, conducting legal and medical research, performing document review, and attending settlement hearings, depositions, and discovery conferences

Performed tests to ensure patients receive safe, compatible blood transfusions, explained test results to nurses and physicians, communicated with Emergency Department and Operating Room physicians for patient cases that require special care, and wrote selected updated Standards of Operating Procedures

Created map reporting component for the software package ReportBook, using programs such as Dreamweaver, 3D Max, and Rhino

Research Assistant for Health and Human Services funded project using biomolecular techniques, such as gel electrophoresis and fluorescent in situ hybridization, to investigate progenitor cell lineage of the rhombic lip portion of the hindbrain
