Jessica Goodall
Head of Growth & Market Expansion @ Besa mi vino
About
A UCLA graduate with a degree in Communications and a minor in Film, Television, and Digital Media. I grew up in London and moved to the U.S. in 2019 as a recruited athlete for the NCAA D1 Women's Rowing Team at UCLA. Over my four years on the team, I had the honor of winning the "Most Inspirational Athlete" award in both 2022 and 2023. In my sophomore year, I dove into the startup world, inspired by my parents' entrepreneurial success. Working on startups became another outlet for achievement, especially on days when I was injured or not performing at my peak. It gave me a sense of progress beyond rowing, keeping me motivated and engaged in a different way. After graduation, I became the Head of Events at Besa mi vino, a Los Angeles-based startup known for being female-funded and led by UCLA Bruins. Passionate about startups, non-profits, and advocating for mental health resources, I’m always eager to connect with like-minded individuals. Let’s connect! Jessie@drinkbesa.com
