I help companies in Santa Barbara build their teams. After graduating with a business degree with a minor in environmental studies, I built a water-conservation landscape construction company in Santa Barbara to $4M, over 20 employees and made a successful exit. My favorite part of growing the business was building the team. Wanting to pursue more avenues in team building, I joined a non-profit called Helena Group as the VP of Membership, which recruited interdisciplinary world leaders to collaborate on actionable projects that advanced social good. This increased my passion for strategic matchmaking and gave me the confidence to start my agency, Outliers Recruiting.
