Jesse Karasik is Vice President and Head of Acquisitions and Dispositions for Trilogy Real Estate Group and focuses on investment strategy at the asset level. Over his career, he has executed and closed over $2.5 billion of real estate transactions across the United States, including both equity and debt investments. Prior to joining Trilogy, Mr. Karasik worked for CBRE Capital Markets, where he procured equity and debt on behalf of institutional and private real estate investors across multiple real estate asset classes. Additionally, he was a Seller and Servicer for Freddie Mac and a Delegated Underwriter for Fannie Mae. Mr. Karasik holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate from Indiana University – Kelley School of Business. He is a speaker at industry events, member of the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC), Urban Land Institute (ULI), and is a candidate member of the Certified Commercial Investment Membership institute (CCIM).
