Increased airport revenues by 35%. • Develop and execute multiple airport improvement projects using FAA and State grants under the Airport Capital Improvement Program securing over $25 million in discretionary funds. • Direct qualified engineers in developing a $450,000 Airport Master Plan to improve efficiency and increase airport business potential. • Project management with airport consultants managing multi-million dollar airport projects. • Manage airport business, including negotiations and execution, for over 75 airport lease agreements ensuring compliance to Airport Rules and Regulations and Minimum Standards. • Manage the day-to-day operation of a 16,000 square foot terminal with passenger parking and rental car facilities. • Conduct airfield snow removal operations, and train employees on operating snow removal equipment in adherence to the Snow and Ice Control Plan. • Develop, manage, and maintain all Part 139 documents including; Airport Certification Manual, Airport Emergency Plan, Pavement Preservation Plan, Snow and Ice Control Plan, and Wildlife Management Plan. • Implement TSA 1542 Airport Security Program; act as lead ASC ensuring security in sterile/SIDA areas. • Develop and carry out procedures from the Wildlife Management Plan to maintain safety areas from the damaging effects from a federally protected burrowing species. • Develop FAR Part 139 compliance training for all stakeholders.

• Responsible for performing, Part 139 airport inspections, operations, maintenance, snow and ice removal, safety, and general security. • Alternate Airport Security Coordinator for two daily commercial flights. • Together with TSA, had the responsibility to ensure security in sterile/SIDA areas. • Trained FAA Part 139 badge holder requirements weekly. • Assigned to audit leased facilities including, open and covered tie downs, and hangar parking.

• Responsible to develop the business strategic plan for airport development. • Assigned to draft, design, research, coordinate and ultimately present the NFL Super Bowl 2015 Airport Operation Plan (event location: Glendale, Arizona). Developed and designed the outline for airport operations for event, submitted to FAA and all other key stakeholders. • Airport administrative duties, including posting tenant charges, receiving payments, issuing late notices, execution and termination of airport facility lease agreements. • Assist and perform assigned duties as delegated by Airport Management.

• Responsible for performing airport operations, maintenance, safety and general security functions at one of the nation's busiest general aviation reliever airports with over 250,000 annual operations, 800 based aircraft, 90 on-airport businesses, and extensive fixed-wing/helicopter flight training. • Perform daily self-inspections of airport facility conditions to ensure safe, efficient airport operations and that maintenance, emergency and security functions are compatible with local, state and federal regulations. • Assigned to organize, coordinate and implement the airport's hanger inspection program for 412 city-operated aircraft storage units; Tenant compliance with lease terms and conditions has improved by approximately 50% with full compliance anticipated by Spring 2014. • Responsible to coordinate and carry out scheduling of routine and preventative maintenance with airport operation staff, and tenant if necessary. • Recommended streamlined and innovative changes to management to create efficiencies and effectiveness of current policy and procedures. • Maintain detailed written reports (daily self-inspection, work orders, etc.). • Responsible to learn and implement airport operational plans with regard to FOD, wildlife, erosion control, etc. • Monitor airfield safety and security; Respond to incidents/accidents occurring on or in the vicinity of the airport; initiate emergency contingency plans and coordinate response with airport, FAA/NTSB, fire and police personnel. • Perform noise abatement program (“Fly Friendly Zone”) monitoring and complaint follow-up; Receive, process and resolve noise complaints. • Administrative projects as assigned by Airport Director, including: marketing, communication, media, data presentation, incursion mitigation, landing fee research, noise abatement research, aviation promotion through yearly airport sponsored open house, etc.

• Performed ramp activities at Phoenix Sky Harbor International, a large hub Part 139 airport; Transported, lifted, and positioned 400 bags per hour. • Operated and trained crew on 7 types of ground service equipment with minimal supervision. • Communicated to 5 separate departments ensuring seamless, safe and accurate operations. • Presented daily safety and operational briefing to crew of 15. • Recommended, ultimately implemented, resolution to residual and on-going issues of established processes to guarantee satisfactory delivery of personal items to customer.

• Filed and confirmed route licenses with respective organization prior to structure relocation. • Evaluated and provided price quotes on potential new business. • Review plans and documentation to ensure execution to contract deliverables. • Managed, trained, directed and monitored logistical and manual operations of 8 crewmen and contractors. • Identified opportunities to increase profitability by increasing crew performance, maximized use of equipment and machinery and implemented changes to create efficiencies. • Responsible for initial and on-going training, certification (including OSHA, MSHA and DOT), mentoring, motivation of self and crew.
