• Developed project charter, including KPI analysis, communication approach and processes overviews, for the finance team of a firm-wide $ 60M ERP system transition; coordinated with client functions in finance, operations, IT and PMO. • Created an external customer satisfaction survey, in conjunction with senior managers, to evaluate the services provided and identify opportunities for referral business.

• Led a cross-functional team of 12 members from Switzerland, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, United Kingdom, Taiwan, rolling out an investment platform for Asia Pacific region • Managed the integration of invested assets (bonds, equity) into SAP system; HK General Insurance ($190M) in 10 months, HK Life Insurance ($780M) and Australia General Insurance ($1.7B) in 6 months • Defined responsibilities and trained a team of 5 for a newly established Asian hub, which serves as investment administration and accounting back office for 3 Asian business units • Conducted cost benefit analysis, developed business scenarios and presented financial data, leading to the outsource decision of the investment accounting back office • Standardized investment performance reports for invested asset in Asia Pacific region by unifying the layout and improving data quality, making the reports available for daily review instead of monthly review
