Organic growth of the companies increased over 666% in three years, from $9 million to $60 million in annual revenue and from 65 to 320 employees. In addition to Controller duties performed: negotiating with legal and joint venture partners, tax strategy, negotiating leases, client rate sheets, Paychex to ADP and QuickBooks to Microsft Dynamics system conversions, insurance/risk management, benefit provider selection/administration, corporate compliance and licensure.

Supervised and managed Finance, Human Resources and Management Information Systems personnel. Compiled and analyzed all Company financial and operational information. Responsible for: * Spearheading the selection of an ERP system that enhances field service ticketing, dispatch and fixed asset maintenance. * Rationalizing and consolidating legal entities to streamline processes, taxes and reporting. * Overhauling internal control structure.
