Assigns duties and shifts to workers and observes performances to ensure adherence to hotel policies and established operating procedures Create schedule utilizing forecasting and scheduling tools to provide maximum efficiency and labor savings Successfully work with the Hotel Operations Manager to ensure that the set target for brand audit is achieved Assume manager on duty shift in absence of General Manager Set up controls (over time, safety deposit boxes, master keys, banks, etc.) and audit them on a timely basis to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all work handled by the front desk Provides information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person Maintain close communication with housekeeping, sales, maintenance and all other departments. Uphold a professional image at all times through appearance and dress

I book all groups (Leisure, Corporate, Etc) at the hotel. I also book all of the meetings at the hotel. I handle all of the F&B and billing for all groups and events.

Entering in all rooming list for groups and conventions, complete all sales and 3rd party commissions, balance hotel room inventory, and reservations

Primarily supervises front desk team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations for producing excellent feedback and guest satisfaction. In addition the front desk supervisor will ensure that all guests are satisfied when complaints arise. Guest Service is the number one focus in this role.
