On May 2, 2022, Mayor Adams announced the establishment of the Small Business Advisory Commission charged with assessing the impact of and delivering recommendations on new and existing policies, laws, and regulations, and delivering recommendations to improve the experience of small businesses operating in New York City. The commission is chaired by the NYC Department of Small Business Services (SBS) Commissioner and is comprised of representatives from the administration, borough Chambers of Commerce, Business Improvement Districts, and small business owners from each borough. These members will work together to improve the small business environment by meeting at least every 60 days in person or virtually

THJ Management specializes in commercial construction projects. Completed project(s): Managed and coordinated the demolition and metal salvage of a midtown Manhattan office, 260 Madison Ave Fl 6, approx. 25K sq ft., 2013. Coordinated 2 high-end condo renovations in Manhattan 2014.

Started as a SQL Server Database Tester for various projects including Employee Stock Options Accounting and HR database feeds. Designed and coded sections of HeadTrax, an HR program used by all of Microsoft. Designed and wrote the user interface for New Hire Automation.

Worked Part-Time and Full-Time as Quality Assurance Tester/Analyst for the Global Equity and Credit Derivatives Information Systems. Designed and created test plans and automated scripts to verify functionality and ensure overall stability. Wrote user manuals for both systems. Managed project plans via MS Project.
