I am an experienced, self-motivated Automation Manager that can communicate, manage and work with various personalities. I can direct process improvement initiatives by developing automation teams that increase PID Loop and critical instrumentation runtime statistics and developing instrumentation maintenance programs. I have experience designing Ethernet process networks using Cisco and Stratix Ethernet switches arranged in REP and Star configurations. I have an excellent set of skills that can take a project from the initial concept through the design and construction phase and finalize with my programming skills.
