Background: I started my career in the manufacturing industry, learning the processes that are needed to facilitate measured growth in a small family owned business. I then ventured into the construction industry, working as a project foreman for several Minneapolis area contractors through 2012. Transitioning from construction foreman to a professional setting, I began overseeing the day to day operations of several businesses including tasks relating to business plan development, Tribal government marketing and outreach, and the recruitment and vetting of strategic partners. I provide a diverse level of experience and background in several industries; manufacturing, construction and trades, Indian gaming, and membership organizations. At age 33, I decided it was time to head back to college in pursuit of my accounting and business degree. I have since had the opportunity to oversee many business interests including: financial management, e-commerce and e-presence, strategic relationship development, market research, event coordination and production, financial modeling, team building, and business plan prep amongst a myriad of other critical roles and functions. With the support of my lovely wife Jessica, I am kept busy raising our son and three daughters in Delano, MN.
