-incharge of new product and technology transfer from mother factory. -Preparation of materials, 4M, risk assessment, and other required documents prior evaluation of new product to confirm the level of quality before introducing to mass production. -Investigation of line issues thru FTA and 5 why analysis related to new product together with cross functional team. -Provision of preventive and corrective actions incase quality problem occurs during actual evaluation to avoid repeatability of issues before mass production. -Creation of technical reports including transfer and analysis report. -Documentation and revision of existing and new standards including control plan and PFMEA. -Daily monitoring of product quality performance and perform necessary actions if required

- Supervises a team to formulate, establish, and implement improvement activities and tasks given to members. - Ensures that process standards are being review and revise, and have compliance of production and other related departments. - Delegate responsibility and manage the workloads and projects of members. - Manage tasks and KPI of members and make sure it will achieve based on target period. -KPI monthly result reporting to the management.

- Quality and line issue improvement (including defect analysis, etc) - Leads and performs process investigations thru the use of FTA, 5-why analysis, and Onisoku PDCA together with related departments. -Supports customer complaint thru data collection and analysis, and provides counter measure. - Daily and weekly line thru checking and monitoring of quality level. - Creates evaluation proposals, technical, and analysis reports. -Daily and weekly update of project management making sure that it's still within the schedule. - Qualification, setup, and expansion of new machines and items in process line. - Process establishment to ensure the quality of product. - Support new product transfer, technology from mother factory. - Control of process and product specification, and monitoring of production compliance. - Collaboration with cross function team and other affiliates to achieve common goals. - Review and revision of manufacturing standards including control plan and PFMEA.
