Plant HR at Chakan Plant, handling all the areas of HR & IR from Feb 2016. Force Motors Chakan Plant was set up in the year 2016, successfully handled mass recruitment of staff & operators for Greenfield project at Chakan Plant. Core competencies : Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, Employee Engagement Activities, Plant HR Operation, Compliance Management, Employee Relations & Grievance Handling, Industrial Relations, Time Office Management, Administrative Operations. Since May 2011 to Jan 2016 was handling core IR section at FML Akurdi Plant of various divisions/plant. - Ensuring close and professional relationships establishment b/w mgmt, Union & other gov. officials. - Ensuring consistent and fair Grievance handling - Initiating timely Disciplinary & Legal Actions like show-cause, warning, suspension, suspension pending inquiry, domestic inquiry, and dismissal. Co-ordination with legal adviser. - Advise, facilitate and lead for the development of sustainable employee relations practices in the Company. - Interaction with all Employees moving across the shop floor and indulging into formal & informal discussion with a view to maintain industrial peace and productivity. - Coordination of Cross Functional Team, Employee Relation Committee, meeting with Union Leaders & HR Connect to create a communication platform to resolve the shop floor issues. - Analysis of Union COD and present the analysis and impact to the management. - Preparation of Management Charter of requirement. - Carry out the Wage Survey across different industries - Team member of Historical Wage Agreement signed at Force Motors Ltd., (Wage agreement was signed after 12 years, at Akurdi Plant)
